I am sorry I missed your program here at Hyde but as you probably were aware I was in the hospital. I'm back at school now and I am doing much better. The month of March was the pits. As usual you gave a great program and I am sorry I didn't get to say goodbye. Over the years you have never failed to bring to our children the world outside St. Joseph ! The way you conduct your assemblies is of very high quality and fun. I have always looked forward to Randy Nadler each Spring. I am signing this contract and leaving word for the new principal to keep up this great tradition each year. Thank you Randy for the educational programs and for your friendship. I am retiring after 35 years in the kid business. Best wishes for many more travels and programs for kids. "

Attention Fellow Administrators:
My name is Michele Hedges. I am the principal at Richland Elementary in Richland , Mo. I have been a principal now for eight years. In those eight years, I have seen my share of motivational and educational assemblies. I have never been that big of a fan of assemblies. The speakers tend to not have very good crowd-control or there is too much fluff, etc. Needless to say when my superintendent scheduled Mr. Randy Nadler to come to my building and share slides about his visit to Poland I was less than enthusiastic. However I kept my opinions to myself and ushered the first half of my students into the gym for the presentation. As soon as I introduced Mr. Nadler and his program started, I personally was enthralled. Not only did I (along with everyone else!) learn lots of new things about Poland ; I was so impressed with how well Mr. Nadler kept the students attention. You could tell that he had once been a master teacher with the way he reviewed and “quizzed' the students. The minute the assembly was over, I was scheduling him for next year (Greece!), not knowing where the money would come from but knowing that it would be worth it. I know you get inundated with assembly options. However, you should give Mr. Nadler serious consideration. I promise-you will not be sorry!"
